Why slow down and loop sign language videos?

Signs are quick, and a handshape or movement is easy to miss at full speed. Drag A and B around one sign, such as "more" or "milk", and play it at 0.75× or 0.5× until you can copy it confidently, then show your child.

Are these signs ASL?

Most videos here use American Sign Language (ASL) signs, and many are labeled ASL by the channel. Sign languages differ between countries, so families using British Sign Language or another sign language may want local resources too.
