Affiliate disclosure

Some links on RepeatWatch and in our newsletter are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we earn a commission, and it doesn't change the price you pay. Every block of these links says so first, they never appear next to YouTube videos or on kids pages, and we only pick gear that helps practice.

Where do affiliate links appear?

Only in the Practice Notes newsletter, on gear pages, and in a short “Gear that helps” box on some guides. Each box starts with this line: “We earn a commission if you buy through these links. It doesn't change the price.” Affiliate links are marked rel="sponsored".

Where do they never appear?

Never on the player, on playlist pages, or anywhere a YouTube video, title or thumbnail is shown. Never on the kids pages. And never inside a video: YouTube serves its own ads, and we don't touch them.

How do we pick what to recommend?

We recommend a thing only if it makes looping practice easier, and we say who it isn't for. A commission never decides what we pick. We list at most three things in one place.

What about sponsors and creator partners?

Sponsored newsletter items are labelled “Sponsor”. YouTube creators in our partner program earn a share of Pro payments from viewers they send, and they must say so next to their link.
