How do I repeat one barre exercise on both sides?

Set A and B around the track for that exercise, like pliés or tendus, and loop it. The music starts again for the second side, and you can add saved sections for each exercise in a long class.

Can I change the tempo for slower or faster dancers?

Yes. Lower the speed to 0.9× for younger or newer students, or raise it slightly for a brisker class. The pitch stays the same, so the piano still sounds natural.
