Which skills are most in demand?
Lists change every year, but a few keep appearing: clear communication, working with data, using digital and AI tools well, managing projects, and skilled trades such as electrical work, plumbing and welding. Check job adverts and labour-market reports for your own country, because demand differs from place to place.
How do I use RepeatWatch to learn a new skill?
Treat Play all on repeat as a course and watch a little each day. A–B loop a hard explanation until it makes sense, slow it to 0.75× when following along, and save the main steps on keys 1–9 so you can practise them later.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a university degree to learn these skills?
Not always. Many skills can be learned through apprenticeships, vocational training, community colleges, free online courses and practice on real projects. Some jobs do require a licence or qualification, so check the rules where you live before you start.
Will learning to code or using AI guarantee a better job?
No skill guarantees a job or a pay rise, and Two Cents looks at how the push to learn coding backfired for some people. Many people find it more reliable to combine a practical skill with good communication and real examples of their work.
Is this career or financial advice?
No. These videos are educational and come from the channels that published them. They are not financial, tax or legal advice. Before paying for a course, compare free options and consider talking to a qualified adviser or a public career service near you.
