How does a coffee shop make money?
A café earns from drinks, food, beans and sometimes catering or wholesale. A cup of coffee can carry a healthy margin, but rent, staff, equipment and waste eat into it, so owners price each drink from its real cost and work to bring customers back often.
How do I use RepeatWatch to learn from these lessons?
Set an A–B loop on the part you're studying, such as how to price a latte from its ingredient cost, and replay it while you work through your own numbers. Use 0.75× for note-taking, 1.25–2× for review, and keys 1–9 to bookmark sections of a long talk.
